Hello!
Yesterday morning, I went to watch friends who were appearing on The View. Four years ago my mother and I were in an online auction to benefit a literacy program in Florida. A man from Detroit, Les Gold, bid on the lunch with us as a Mother’s Day present for his wife Lily. We had a great time with them –they told us a lot of interesting stories about the large pawn shop they own in Detroit. We became friends, then one day I got a call from Lily with the news that TruTv was going to do a reality show about their business. It’s called Hardcore Pawn, airs Tuesday nights, and is a big success! Their children, Seth and Ashley, are on the show with Les. My mother and I had another fun lunch with them today, at a restaurant called The Landmark in the Time Warner Center. I’ve posted the picture below.

Have read all of Karen Kingsbury’s books and have caught up with her. Was told about you and your books and told they were great mysteries.
Since I usually buy most books from a used book store, the first one I found was “Wrecked” and enjoyed it very much.
